Candle Lit Etiquette
The First Burn is the Deepest: “First impressions matter. Give your candle a proper 2-hour intro on its first burn. Let it show off its full glowing potential!”
Keep It Clean, Folks: “Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each lighting. Trust us; it’ll thank you with a brighter glow!”
Safety First: “Place your candle on a heat-resistant surface. Because a flaming table isn’t the kind we’re after.”
Let It Go (But Not For Too Long): “Burning your candle for more than 4 hours is like binge-watching a whole series in one night. Tempting, but let’s give it a break.”
Know When to Say Goodbye: “If there’s less than 1/2 inch of wax left, it’s time to part ways. Don’t be clingy. There are plenty more WickWits in the store!”
Shipping and Handling
How long is your processing time?
Thank you for choosing our candles! Once you place an order, we take 2-5 business days to prepare it for shipment. Orders with pre-order or back-ordered items will be shipped once all items are available. We ship Monday through Friday, but please allow extra processing time during holiday seasons.
Delivery dates are estimates, as we partner with third-party carriers like USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc., and we do not ship on non-business days or bank holidays.
It may take 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information. If you need an update before then, please reach out to us at contact@wickwit.com.
What are your shipping rates?
For our U.S. and Canada customers: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75! For other orders, a flat shipping rate of $7.99 applies.
How long is your delivery time?
Expect standard shipping orders to arrive within 7-10 business days (excluding order processing time). Our candles first journey from our international suppliers to our warehouse, and then they’re shipped to you. We’ll send a shipping notification email with the carrier and tracking number once they leave our warehouse. Note: Delivery time excludes weekends and holidays.
Global delivery is available too! If you’re located outside the U.S. or Canada, please email us at candles@scentglow.com or contact us via our customer service portal to place an order. International customers may be subject to customs fees, clearance fees, or import duties. Free shipping is not available for international orders; shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
What is your exchange and return policy?
14-days Return Policy
At WickWit, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, you’re covered with our 14-day return policy. Please note, we only accept returns for defective products and not for orders placed by mistake. You are welcomed to try our scented samples before going for full sizes of candle products. Click Here
How to Start a Return?
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@wickwit.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Use ‘RETURN’ and your order number in the subject line.
- Describe the Issue: Include a description and photos showing the defect.
- Follow Instructions: We’ll respond with instructions on where and how to send your return.
For Exchange, simply start the return first, and then place a new order.
Important:
- Pre-Approval Needed: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Unapproved returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
- Non-Defective Returns: We do not offer refunds or replacements for non-defective items. Please ensure you chose the desired scents before ordering. Always feel free to reach out to us for advice.
- Sale Items: Purchases of sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Refund Processing: The return process may take up to 14 days. Following this, your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 7-10 business days to issue the refund.
Our Right to Reject:Â
WickWit reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy criteria.
